Ivar > 16 April 08 Relaxing after a hard day of doing..., well, nothing really. A day that I plan to do nothing seems to be the busiest day, filled with doing a lot of little things. In hindsight it feels like I didn't do a lot though. A bit anti-climaxy.
Ivar > 14 September 08 I stayed overnight at Jersey, again (and unscheduled, btw). The next morning, I went for a walk, as the weather was great. I found a nice harbor, which was dry for most part. All the boats were lying there, quite a bit below street level (30' or so?). Shot with my phone.
Ivar > 04 October 08 Staying at the Starlite room at the Madonna Inn in San Luis Opisbo, California. The room is really not as obnoxiously blue as on the website :)
Ivar > 17 October 08 How cute is that!!! I visited a friend today. 5 weeks before she gave birth to this boy and girl :D That's me, feeding the little guy.
Ivar > 02 November 08 Mint tea, made out of water and .... drum roll please: mint :) Another low effort shot, same as the previous one. I'm missing something in my shooting. What is it? inspiration? challenge? ideas? feedback? I want more with my photography. I want to learn more. I'm thinking about formal photography training.
Ivar > 17 Mar 08 Cleaning my car (and my first 'selfportrait' on the dailies:). I don't really care about the outside cleanliness of my car, but the inside has to be clean-ish. And when I clean it, I look everywhere for trash (obsessive compulsive?), including under the passenger-seat :) (30d, 10-22@10 - 2.5s, f11, ISO400 - b&w conversion in LR)
Ivar > 24 Mar 08 Walking up the stairs. I'm going to try and turn this around in a 'sort of selfportrait & sort of daily photos.' The hat helps; I'm not as comfortable in front of the camera as I am behind it. It seems to be true for quite a few photographers, actually. After 365 shots though... I was going to do this hat-less, but I passed my cowboy hat (I lived in Texas for a while, what can I say :) that I rarely wear. I decided to wear it as some sort of (inside) joke for Schmoo, hahaha. (30d, 10-22@22 & 430ex - 1/2s, f5.6, ISO200 - processing in LR)
Ivar > 28 April 08 Man, my office looks huge like this! (and 'quiet' without all the buttons and instruments, I'm not used to seeing this side, haha).
Ivar > 10 November 08 Today I was on 'standby' for work. I was called up by work, and I was supposed to fly over an aircraft. Just as I was approaching the city where the airport is (and also the traffic jams) I was called again; No need for the airplane, and consequently me, anymore. Alrighty, turn around and go back home. That's the least work I've done so far on a day that I've been 'working' so far I think :)
