Trying to get my logbook up-to-date. A pilot's logbook is a very special thing; A book, pages with registrations, times, names. Nothing that important most people would think.

A logbook is more than a some pieces of paper to most pilots, however; It's life, a resume, training, experiences, adventures and memories. It contains when and where flights were made, with who and for how long. Logbooks are kept for life, usually in a very safe place. 

For those of you interested in aviation, or maybe California history, I can recommend the docu-movie "One Six Right". It's a documentary about the history of Van Nuys Airport. It contains beautiful (aerial) shots and a scene about  the logbook.
